Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities :
Provide Customer Support via Multiple Channels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions through voice, chat, and email.
Assist with Order Processing and Tracking
Support customers with placing, updating, or canceling orders, and provide updates on delivery or return status.Upsell and Cross-Sell Products
Recommend additional or alternative products based on customer needs, improving both service and sales performance.Resolve Issues Efficiently and Accurately
Investigate and resolve concerns regarding billing, product availability, returns, or account discrepancies with professionalism.Maintain Accurate Records and Documentation
Properly log customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups using internal tools or CRM systems.Candidate Profile :
