Work Arrangement : Onsite (Cebu City)

Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to address their needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Support and guide junior sales agents to improve team performance.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics, offer insights for enhancement, and apply best practices for optimal results.
- Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and meet client requirements.
Qualifications :
2 to 4 years of relevant experienceStrong background in non-voice customer support (Chat / WhatsApp) at an advanced levelProven experience delivering high-quality customer service via chat and WhatsApp channels, with skills in efficiently resolving issues, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional, empathetic toneHighly adaptable to irregular working hours and on-demand schedules, rather than traditional fixed shiftsBenefits :
