Mold Supervisor - 2 yrs Experience

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Mold Supervisor or similar role.

Strong knowledge of mold manufacturing and maintenance.

Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities :

Supervise mold setup and operation processes.

Coordinate maintenance and repair of molds.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Train and mentor mold technicians and operators.

Monitor mold performance and production output.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of mold activities.

Identify and resolve mold-related issues promptly.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage inventory of mold materials and tools.
