Job Responsibilities :

Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles

Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues

Analyze root causes and resolve hardware / software problems

Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.)

Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics

Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially

Qualifications :

Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology or Electrical Technology or related courses

Minimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive / ElectricalTechnician in a car / truck dealership or in an automotive service center.

Proficient in : Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client Service

Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures

Must have a valid driver’s license and owns a motorcycle

Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Pampanga province and nearby areas
