Who You Are

As the “MagicU Wizard” - You’re a hands-on, multi-skilled operator who chats warmly with students over DMs, builds funnels in GoHighLevel, manages remote event operations, packages long-form content into sellable courses, and produces AI-assisted video. You own outcomes, move fast, and ship work that improves people’s lives.

Responsibilities :

• Magic Genie (student comms) : 1 : 1 messaging, scheduling, reminders and CRM logging.
• Retreats & Events (remote ops) : source venues, negotiate vendors, coordinate logistics, and manage run-sheets and on-site teams via remote production.
• Course Packaging & Productization : convert long-form content into modular courses and publish product pages.
• Video & Social : deliver AI-assisted sizzles and short-form video; manage content calendar and community engagement.

Payment & contractor terms :
