Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, or surveys when required.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales quotas.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level (depending on account requirements).
With or without BPO experience (training will be provided).
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and able to multitask effectively.
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
