Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clinic in Parañaque. The role involves managing financial records, payroll, BIR submissions, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
Manage payroll and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and BIR online filing
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits
Support admin tasks related to finance
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
1–2 years relevant experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Knowledge of BIR processes & online filing required
Organized, trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
