Job Responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound calls from customers

Assist with billing inquiries, account concerns, and service requests

Provide accurate information on telecom products and services

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications :

High School / Senior High Graduate

Preferably with 6 months or more Customer Care Experience (CCE)

Good communication skills

Willing to work onsite

Salary Offer :

₱16,850 – For Freshers

₱19,000 – With 6-12 months CCE

₱21,000 – With 13 months & up CCE
