By 2024, a new factory in the Philippines will be operational, with overseas sales accounting for 50% of total sales. This recruitment is to fill the position of Quality Control Manager, as the current Japanese manager is returning to Japan.

◆<Job Description>
As the person in charge of the quality control department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
<Organizational Structure>
There are 20 employees in the Quality Control Department. The department is divided into QC and QA, each with a Filipino supervisor. We are seeking someone to work with them to lead the organization.
<Job Appeal>
■MUST HAVE :
English communication skills at the workplace (TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
Experience in quality control (QCQA operations)
Management experience
■PREFER TO HAVE :
Experience working overseas
■Personality Requirement :
Able to work in the Philippines on a long-term basis
Respects the culture and customs of local people and can communicate effectively with local staff
