The company designs, manufactures, and assembles plating equipment for plating electronic devices such as smartphones and computers, as well as cars and airplanes.

It is a plating equipment manufacturing (design and construction) company. Rather than mass production, the company's unique feature is its ability to flexibly customize products and applications to meet customer needs and create customized equipment.

By 2024, a new factory in the Philippines will be operational, with overseas sales accounting for 50% of total sales. This recruitment is to fill the position of Quality Control Manager, as the current Japanese manager is returning to Japan.

◆＜Job Description＞

As the person in charge of the quality control department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

• Confirming the contents of installation inspections for equipment delivered to customer factories and overseeing the process
• Issuing corrective action reports for non-conformities / defects, investigating causes, and reviewing measures to prevent recurrence
• Managing and collaborating with two Filipino supervisors (one each for QA and QC)
• Collaborating with the Japanese headquarters
• On a typical day, you will primarily work in the office at the company's factory, handling complaints and responding to issues when they arise.
• The company has sales staff in Japan, and since the products ordered in Japan are manufactured or assembled in the Philippines, collaboration with sales and design teams in Japan is also essential.

＜Organizational Structure＞

There are 20 employees in the Quality Control Department. The department is divided into QC and QA, each with a Filipino supervisor. We are seeking someone to work with them to lead the organization.

■MUST HAVE :

English communication skills at the workplace (TOEIC score of 700 or higher)

Experience in quality control (QCQA operations)

Management experience

■PREFER TO HAVE :

Experience working overseas

Able to work in the Philippines on a long-term basis

Respects the culture and customs of local people and can communicate effectively with local staff
