Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on shipping rates, delivery times, and product availability.
- Address customer concerns regarding lost or delayed shipments and offer solutions.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Resolve billing issues and process payment inquiries related to shipments.
