With Saturday schedule

Required Experience :

• Must be Vocational Graduate, Associate Graduate, College Level or a graduate of any four (4) or five (5) year course
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) linguistic competence – N2, N1 or native
• Candidate must have experience in administrative work and be willing to perform administrative tasks.
• Can speak, read and write Japanese, English, Filipino and Cebuano
• Knowledge on basic Microsoft Office applications
• With experience admin works for manufacturing company
• Must have high sense of responsibility
• Has good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Willing to relocate Work onsite at Cebu
• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Working knowledge on quality management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485) and quality process control is an advantage

Job Description :

Interpretation and Translation

・Provides consecutive interpretation / translation during speeches, meetings, and teleconferences, facilitating communication between Japanese, English, and Cebuano.

・Reads, translates, and ensures the accuracy of technical documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials in Japanese and English, maintaining correct grammar and structure.

Language Support

・Listens to complete statements in one language, interprets / translates into a second language, and vice versa, ensuring accurate communication.

・Prepares for interpreting sessions by reviewing relevant materials and conducting research on the subject matter.

Administrative Assistance

・Supports administrative tasks within the assigned department.

・Assists in audit-related activities.

General Duties

・Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

・Handles other tasks as needed on a case-to-case basis.
