At YONDU INC., we are seeking a talented Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is integral to the continued growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology project teams, coordinating the efforts of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery
• Mentor and develop junior project team members, sharing your expertise and helping them to grow their skills
