HR Training Officer

College Graduate in Human Resources Mgt, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent dscipline

5 years work experience as Officer / Supervisory level

Knowledgeable in identifying, implementation and assessment of training and development needs of employees

Can conduct training for in-house courses and produce training materials

Good time-keeping skills and to effectively  manage training schedules

with good interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills both oral and written
