The HR Generalist will focus on training / development, AND compensation / benefits. In this dual role, she will design and implement effective training programs, process & check payrolls, and regularly review compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Key responsibilities for training & development include assessing training needs, facilitating workshops, documenting performance improvement or training plans, and evaluating training programs’ effectiveness.
Key responsibilities for compensation & benefits include checking and analysis of agency payrolls, attending to payroll concerns, payroll automation and timekeeping.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and experience in both training and compensation management.
