We are seeking an experienced and strategic Total Rewards Director to lead our compensation and benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive & recognition plans, employee benefits and performance management to attract and retain top talent while aligning with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do

• Develops compensation strategy, philosophy, and policies design to maintain internal equity while attracting, retaining, and motivating talents. Designs and implements metrics to measure the effectiveness of the total rewards programs in achieving organizational objectives and recommends modifications, as needed
• Leads in the conduct of annual salary review and salary increases taking into consideration overall company performance, affordability, sustainability, inflation, and individual performance anchored on company compensation philosophy
