MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Identity and Access Management Officer is part of the Identity & Access Management team within the IT Operations and Security
department and will be responsible for all account setup/deactivations, user & system account provisioning of Core Systems, IT Infrastructure and Digital Applications.
• Candidate must exhibit the ability to identify risks, follow strict onboarding procedures and advise management with concerns.
• This is an active, hands-on position, responsible for the planning, design, development, and the support of the identity and access management function and all its components; and is expected to handle tasks assigned to them with little or no supervision.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provisioning and deprovisioning of user and service account access to all AXA resources.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning and
deprovisioning.
• Ensures access is provisioned and deprovisioned timely and accurately.
• Advise senior management on IAM-related risks and security posture.
• Provide immediate support for sensitive account management, such as terminations and investigations with integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the development of procedure, process, and policy documents to protect the integrity of user objects.
• Perform daily tasks of the team to include but not limited to identity object manipulation, account auditing, account investigation, and
role-based access management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and improve security initiatives within the environment, specifically focusing on Authentication and Access Control.
• Participate in relevant authentication and access management audit and assurance activities and projects.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN BUSINESS UNIT:
• Work with CSO, CIO, IT Operations and Security Head, IT Security Director, and Group Operations Security Leaders to gain a clear
understanding on the overall corporate direction with regards to security initiatives and control implementation.
• Work with regional and local IT team heads to ensure they carry out the planned actions and projects to mitigate IT security risks.
• Work with business department heads to ensure that security is taken into consideration and implement the required actions that
fall within the business area.
• Work with Regional/Group audit team for Pen test report
• Coordinates with the application developers and owners for remediation
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
Required/Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related course.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the IAM field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledgeable with principles of learning and adult learning theories.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in oral and written communication.
• Thorough understanding of authentication, authorization, and directory services.
• Experience in providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests based on organizational goals and objectives.
Optional/Good to Have:
• Knowledgeable in PAM Technologies like CyberArk, Beyond Trust, or any industry standard PAM solutions.
• Certifications like ITIL, CIAM or CAMS or any IAM related certifications
