The Bartender is responsible for mis - en - place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.
- To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed.
- Inspects work area, utensils and tools to ensure that these are clean prior to and after each shift.
- Checks inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition.
- Takes guests' orders, making suggestions when required.
- Checks quality / presentation / temperature of food / beverage / service prior to serving.
- Contributes to restaurant revenues by consistently practicing suggestive selling / upselling techniques, per guidelines set by the restaurant's service managers / leaders.
- Prepares glassware, cutlery, linen, etc., ensuring sufficient supply for the day's operation.
- Conducts an inventory of store items and requests for lacking items, where applicable, prior to start of operations.
- Inspects and cleans up bar and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
- Prepares all required reports related to audit and administrative requirements (e.g., breakage / loss forms as needed, bottle sale reports if applicable, inter - bar transfer forms, requisition forms, etc.). time, mixture and appearance.
- Performs other duties as required to provide "Unique Guest Experience"

Graduate of any 4 year courseWith related work experience for atleast 1-2 yearsGood communication skillsWith valid related training certificatesCan start immediatelyAmenable to work onsite in Mactan, Cebu
