About this Position

As a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless order processing and providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, support business functions with your technical expertise, and actively contribute to the company's mission of delivering top-tier customer service and operational support.

What you´ll do

  • Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment
  • Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams
  • Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes
  • Work on tasks as defined by Order to Cash (Asia Pacific) Customer Service Support team where employee is assigned
  • Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in handling SAP and Order Entry Process
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred; SAP knowledge in order entry is a must
  • Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented; continuous improvement mindset preferred
  • Proficiency in English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
