A legal background is not required. We’re hiring smart, motivated people who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a stable company they can stay with for many years.

Compensation- $9.37 hourly to start / $12.5 hourly after 3-month training period

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Manage and organize case files, making sure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate with clients and other parties to schedule meetings and court appearances.
• Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, maintaining a professional and supportive tone.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring timely submission of all legal documents and filings.
