Job descriptionProvide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations. Support employee engagement initiatives, HR activities, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture. Manage the documentation and investigation of employee incidents, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with due process. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and management directives. Collaborate with leaders and other departments on HR-related projects and initiatives. Provide input on HR process improvements and contribute to the development of HR programs.
