Position : Thai Accounts Payable Specialist

Industry : Shared Services

Location : Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule : Dayshift but Fixed weekends off

Salary : Php 100,000-Php120,000

Work set-up : Hybrid work set -up

Requirements :

Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage

At least have a year experience in Accounts Payable or any accounting related job

Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage

Good in Excel

Business level in English communication

Responsibilities :

Responsible for processing vendors invoices and expense reports

Cross checking the invoices and receipts received

Coordinating with different company department regarding disputes

Responsible in checking validation and accounted the accounts in the system

Monitor the purchasing accruals

Responsible in reconciliation the supplier’s statement

Closing books every end of month

Initiates payment runs with accuracy and promptness with minimum supervision

Ensures the application of credit notes and advances are recorded in the system
