JOB SUMMARY :
The E-Commerce Manager will lead online sales and enhance customer shopping experiences. Develop and implement strategies,
manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), and optimize e-commerce platforms. Analyze performance metrics,
manage the product catalog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategies : Lead the creation and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive
online sales and enhance customer engagement.
Manage Online Marketing Campaigns : Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, andsocial media to increase traffic and conversions.
Optimize User Experience : Continuously improve the online user experience by implementing best practices in UX / UIdesign and functionality.
Product Management : Manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, andinventory management.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on salesperformance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with marketing, IT, customer service, and other departments toensure seamless e-commerce operations.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends : Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintaina competitive edge.
Build and Maintain Relationships : Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders toenhance our e-commerce capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.Experience : With 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.Skills :Proven success in driving online sales and managing digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media).Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., LAZADA, Shopee Shopify, Magento) and content management.Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and UX / UI.Basic HTML / CSS understanding is a plus.Skilled in KPI tracking, data interpretation, and reporting.Capable of managing product catalog, inventory, and pricing.Adaptable to industry trends.Proactive, innovative, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
