The E-Commerce Supervisor manages the brand’s official online stores across multiple marketplaces, ensuring seamless operations, strong brand presence, and sales growth. This role acts as the primary liaison between marketplaces, internal teams, and brand partners to optimize product listings, campaigns, and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all activities related to the brand’s official stores on platforms including Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalora.
- Serve as the lead contact for account management, coordinating communication between marketplaces, internal marketing and sales teams, and brand partners.
- Manage product listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely updates across all e-commerce channels.
- Conduct e-commerce market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze key metrics and sales data, tracking KPIs to evaluate store and campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports with insights to support future sales planning and campaign execution.
- Develop and propose sales plans for promotional campaigns and sale events, considering brand size and visibility on key campaign dates.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred.Experience managing online stores on Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalora or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple marketplaces and campaigns.Proficiency in e-commerce tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office.
