Job descriptionSupervise daily MEPFS works and verify compliance with plans / specs Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, and consultants Review drawings, raise RFIs, and support look-ahead scheduling Prepare daily reports, track progress, and assist with material take-offs Implement QA / QC and safety protocols Join coordination meetings and handle punch list / commissioning support Engineer of any discipline (CE, EE, ME, etc.), licensed or non-licensed 2+ years MEPFS site supervision experience Strong plan reading, site coordination, and problem-solving skills Willing to be site-based; good communication with field teams Fit-out or mid-rise project experience Basic AutoCAD and MS Office / Docs familiarity

About the Role
We’re hiring a Site Engineer with solid experience supervising MEPFS works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sanitary). You’ll coordinate trades, enforce quality and safety, and keep the schedule humming from rough-in to turnover.
