Description :

As a Call Center Agent at Concentrix, you will :

Answer calls, chats, or emails from customers.

Assist with billing, product inquiries, account updates, and technical troubleshooting.

Provide excellent customer service with accuracy and empathy.

Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for both newbies and experienced agents who want to grow in a supportive and world-class company.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)

No BPO experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills (English or Tagalog)

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
