Job description
Accounting Assistant
Post Date: Thursday, February 27 2025 to Friday, February 27 2026- Review of requests from Commercial teams not related to financial data e.g. consistency of data in request for quotation, bidding documents, and proper fill-up of activity work plan and Promo Authorization Form
- Provide support for preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet Accounts schedules
- Preparation of Expense monitoring (actual vs. budget)
- Validation of Distributor claims, get it review from reporting manager.
- Validation of Accrual Schedules e.g. ACAS, PR/PO.
- Monitoring of ZPC auto-deductions
- Other related reporting that may be required from time to time.
