Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager

The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager is will assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in initiating and implementing marketing campaigns and partnerships, including CSR activities. He/she will be responsible for the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and promote the organization’s values and initiatives. The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager will also be involved in content creation, media coordination, social media management, and assisting in public relations efforts, and execute marketing plans in line with strategies for Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial role within the hotel industry. He/she should possess strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills. He/she should also be familiar with content management systems and social media platforms. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are also preferred. He/she should be experienced in media relations and crisis communication, knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and familiarity with analytics tools for tracking communication performance are preferred.
