Bus Driver

Key Responsibilities

Safe & Timely Transport : Safely pick up and drop off passengers at specified locations and times.

Route & Schedule Adherence : Follow predetermined routes and maintain adherence to assigned schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance : Conduct regular checks and maintenance on the shuttle bus to ensure it is in proper working order.

Passenger Service : Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers have a safe and pleasant experience.

Safety & Regulations : Obey all traffic laws, safety protocols, and relevant transit regulations.

Communication : Report road incidents, traffic delays, or mechanical issues to management and drivers.

Problem Solving : Determine the shortest available routes in case of road closures or heavy traffic.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Professional Driver's License : Hold a professional driver's license with the necessary restrictions for operating a bus.

Clean Driving Record : Maintain a clean driving record, free from incidents or violations.

Experience : Proven experience as a bus driver or in a similar driving role.

Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the routes and areas of the National Capital Region (NCR).

Customer Service Skills : Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and good communication skills.

Physical Fitness : Be able to perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and assist passengers.

Professional Demeanor : Exhibit a calm, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.

English Proficiency : Possess strong English communication skills.
