Job Summary :
The Data Analyst supports the marketing and e-commerce teams by collecting and analyzing
data related to online content, campaigns, and product sales. This role helps the company make
informed decisions through clear reports and performance insights that improve online
engagement, product strategies, conversions and overall e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect and analyze data from digital channels (social media, website, e-commerce platforms,
ads).
Evaluate performance of content, ads, and campaigns to measure ROI and conversion rates.Track and report on marketing metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, and salestrends.
Analyze customer behavior and journey data to identify growth opportunities.Monitor and report on product performance, pricing, and sales forecasting.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to improve campaigns based on insights.Support A / B testing and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.Maintain accuracy and integrity of all data sources and reports.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or any related field.0–2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related role (fresh graduates arewelcome).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, charts, and pivot tables).Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Shopify Analytics is a plus.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.Willingness to learn new tools and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
