This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Phoenix, AZ time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
 
1. Operational Audit & Strategic Roadmap
Conduct a deep dive into all core departments and workflows to :Map existing structures, handoffs, and communication flows.Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and dependency bottlenecks.Create a prioritized roadmap for systemization and process improvement.2 . Systemization & SOP Development
Lead the documentation and optimization of internal operations by :Developing a complete SOP library for recurring tasks and key processes.Building cross-department workflows to ensure seamless collaboration.Establishing ownership and accountability for maintaining updated systems.Creating departmental playbooks for training and scalability.Optimizing the tech stack to reduce manual steps and streamline communication.3. Leadership Collaboration & Team Empowerment
Partner with department heads to :Implement repeatable systems for communication, reporting, and accountability.Build dashboards to track performance and operational efficiency.Train leaders to maintain, evolve, and scale systems as the organization grows.4. Accountability & Leadership Rhythm
Establish operational consistency through :Weekly and monthly leadership rhythms.Department performance tracking and review structures.Escalation frameworks for proactive issue resolution.Decision-making systems that support strategic scaling.Expected Outcomes

Strong experience using Monday.com — able to organize, clean up, and maintain boards, dashboards, and automations.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or incorrect data.Good understanding of project workflows and how to structure information clearly.Able to document processes and create simple guides or SOPs for team use.Strong communication skills — can work with different departments to gather accurate information.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Basic knowledge of other tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Zapier is a plus.Prior experience in project coordination, data management, or operations support preferred.Independent Contractor Perks
