Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Oversee cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning to support business objectives.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff; review and improve internal financial processes.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.

Provide management with financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting or finance, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities.
