The Role : Job Summary :
The Field Risk Officer plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to Billease field operations. This position involves close collaboration with sales teams, operations, and compliance to ensure risk control, fraud prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities
- Investigate and report incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance in the field
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Support the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control procedures
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, incidents, and recommended actions
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal controls
- Monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential risk exposures
- Assist in improving policies, processes, and controls to minimize risk while enabling business objectives
Ideal Profile : Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field2+ years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably in fintech or financial servicesStrong analytical and investigative skillsKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team, often in field environmentsProficiency with data analysis tools and reporting softwareWhat's on Offer?
