WFM Real Time Analyst (RTA / MIS)

Job Title :   Process Specialist - MIS

Work Setup :   ONSITE (BGC, Taguig)

Work Schedule :   Shifting schedules

Must-have Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of MIS / RTA experience in BPO / Shared Services
• Must also be exposed to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting, and Reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of using MIS Scheduling tools (Power BI, VBA, Macros, Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Preferably available to start ASAP
