Evaluation & Feedback : Measure training effectiveness via feedback and monitor performance improvements. One-on-One Coaching : Provide personalized coaching and support to individual employees.

Educational Qualification : At least completed 2nd year of college or higher
Work Experience :
- At least 3 years of total experience, including 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer
- Proven experience in managing Sales Campaigns
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, coaching & mentoring, and Microsoft Office
- For new hire training : Delivering training, individual and co-facilitated sessions, reporting
- For existing staff : Floor support, coaching, conducting training needs analysis, working with Quality and Operations teams, and calibration sessions
