The Senior Network Specialist designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring network security, performance, and reliability while supporting business operations and IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
• Manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support applications, cloud services, and remote access.
• Perform network capacity planning and upgrades.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior network staff.
• Deliver resolutions within SLA.
• Handle incidence, troubleshoot and resolve complex real‑time issues.
• Interact with client technology teams, ISPs, vendors, and service partners during incidents.
• Follow ITIL practices and ensure compliance adherence.
• Create and update procedure documents and knowledge bases.
• Initiate self‑starter, result‑oriented, flexible, problem‑solving, and team‑oriented work.
