⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days Office & 2 days Remote)

What You’ll Do

🎯 Monitor networks, servers, and applications using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, and Elastic

🔍 Investigate alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents as needed

⚡ Provide first-level fixes and coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations

📊 Generate scheduled global monitoring reports and track system health

📈 Ensure SLA compliance through timely resolution and proper documentation

🛠️ Follow incident handover procedures and support service continuity across shifts

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ year of experience in infrastructure monitoring or IT support

✅ Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux OS, Azure, AWS, SQL databases

✅ Familiarity with monitoring & ticketing tools (Nagios, AppDynamics, ITIL practices a plus)

✅ Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

✅ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving technologies
