ENTRY REQUIREMENT :

1. At least Vocational Graduate of Medical, Business or Computer Course

2 Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and / or live chat.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

5 .Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and process changes to provide accurate information.
