Located in the countrys premier beach destination, Shangri-Las Boracay Resort and Spa is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Ensure that calls to the Guest Service Center are promptly answered and requested followed through

to the concerned department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in an International Hotel with a similar capacity is an advantage.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management / International Hospitality Management or any related course.
• Knowledge in OPERA system is an advantage.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Execellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform consistently under pressure.
