This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM Pacific Time, lunch from 12p-1p PST
Scope :
Primary focus on Spanish-speaking client baseDirect client communication and intake processingResponsibilities :
Complete client intake forms using dropdown field systems for both English and Spanish-speaking clientsCommunicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients to gather necessary information and provide supportHelp retain qualified clients by presenting and selling retainer agreementsProcess intakes from marketing campaign responses (mailers)Assist with client communication throughout the onboarding processSupport client retention efforts by building rapport and trust with Spanish-speaking clienteleRequirements :
Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required)Some legal experience preferredSales background or experience helpful for client retention activitiesStrong communication skills for client interactionAbility to work with intake management systems and dropdown field interfacesExperience in client service or customer-facing rolesIndependent Contractor Perks
