About the Role

We are seeking a Fractional CTO / Head of Process Improvement & Technology to join our leadership team. This is not a traditional product-focused CTO role—it is about streamlining operations, leveraging technology, and embedding AI across the business.

The right candidate will bring deep experience in process improvement and tech implementation while being hands‑on and pragmatic.

You will be both a strategist and an executor, capable of assessing bottlenecks, designing solutions, and ensuring adoption.

• Design and implement scalable processes that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
