Software QA Lead

Overview

Facilitates and coordinates QA activities within the team. Ensures smooth task execution alignment and communication across members.

Responsibilities

Lead daily QA task coordination and scheduling

Ensure QA processes are consistently followed

Serve as primary point-of-contact for QA status updates

Track progress blockers and ensure timely delivery

Support Senior QA with information gathering

Organize documentation test suites and regression scope

Provide light mentoring to juniors and mid-level testers

Coordinate cross-team communication (QA Dev PM)

Assist in running small QA initiatives or improvements

Qualifications : Qualifications

46 years of QA experience

Strong QA execution and test management skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Good understanding of system flow and regression coverage

Able to handle light leadership responsibilities

Nice to Have

Experience managing remote / distributed teams

Automation knowledge for review and basic guidance

Involvement in QA process standardization

Familiarity with quality metrics and reporting tools
