Responsibilities :
Execute full-cycle sales from cold outreach to contract signing with hotel prospectsConduct high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting hotel decision-makersSend strategic cold email sequences to prospects in the hospitality industryPresent and demonstrate the AI platform’s value proposition to potential clientsGuide prospects through the streamlined signup process and handle objectionsAchieve monthly and yearly subscription signup targets with commission upsideMaintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline activityFollow up persistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints to drive conversionsCollaborate with the founder on product feedback and market insightsRequirements :
Minimum 3 years of proven telesales and appointment setting experienceStrong track record in cold calling and outbound sales developmentExcellent phone presence and persuasion skills for closing dealsExperience managing full sales cycles independentlyComfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking toolsSelf-motivated with ability to work autonomously in remote environmentBonus if you have hospitality or hotel technology industry experienceIt helps if you’re familiar with SaaS sales models and subscription pricingIndependent Contractor Perks
