This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Los Angeles, CA

Client Overview :   A fast-growing hospitality technology company that just launched an innovative AI platform automating hotel operations from check-in to check-out. Job Description :   You’ll drive revenue growth for a cutting-edge AI platform that’s transforming how hotels operate. This isn’t just appointment setting – you’ll own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts. You’ll be calling hotel decision-makers, presenting a simple $49 / month solution that solves real operational problems, and directly impacting a startup’s early growth trajectory. With commission opportunities and a proven product-market fit, this role offers serious earning potential for the right sales professional.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute full-cycle sales from cold outreach to contract signing with hotel prospects
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting hotel decision-makers
  • Send strategic cold email sequences to prospects in the hospitality industry
  • Present and demonstrate the AI platform’s value proposition to potential clients
  • Guide prospects through the streamlined signup process and handle objections
  • Achieve monthly and yearly subscription signup targets with commission upside
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline activity
  • Follow up persistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints to drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the founder on product feedback and market insights
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of proven telesales and appointment setting experience
  • Strong track record in cold calling and outbound sales development
  • Excellent phone presence and persuasion skills for closing deals
  • Experience managing full sales cycles independently
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously in remote environment
  • Bonus if you have hospitality or hotel technology industry experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with SaaS sales models and subscription pricing
