Job description

Summary

As an administrator, you may be responsible for maintaining the company’s technology. This includes knowing how to use various software programs, troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining the company’s computer network.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the sales team by answering questions regarding the product or service being sold
  • Coordinating with IT staff to ensure that all computer equipment is working properly
  • Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other records of company data for use in reports
  • Writing reports on company activities and productivity, including end-of-month reports for management review
  • Creating user accounts and passwords for new employees, updating existing accounts with new information, and removing accounts for terminated employees
  • Providing support for billing and accounting functions such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accounting records
  • Providing support for human resources functions such as updating employee records with new hires or terminations, processing payroll checks, and maintaining employee benefits records
  • Providing support for marketing functions such as creating ads and planning events such as trade shows, conferences, or seminars

Qualifications

  • Communication skills : As an administrator, you may be required to communicate with employees, clients and other stakeholders. Effective communication skills can help you convey your message clearly and make others feel valued. You can also use your communication skills to help resolve conflicts and answer questions.
  • Problem-solving skills : As an administrator, you may be responsible for resolving issues that arise in the workplace. Having strong problem-solving skills can help you identify the source of the issue and develop a solution. You can also use problem-solving skills to help employees resolve issues in their work.
  • Organizational skills : Organization skills can help you manage the company’s records and files. It can also help you keep track of employee information, schedules and other important data. Organization skills can also help you maintain a clean and professional office space
  • Willing to work on a Midshift schedule, following a Hybrid set-up (BGC, Taguig)
