Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

1.  Service Efficiency

• Ensure the achievement of monthly State Of Service (SOS), Invoicing rate, turnover and service KPIs targets.
• Responsible to develop and implement the annual fixed service schedule for both Pest Control and Hygiene. Ensure to monitor and update the fixed schedule monthly to achieve the best efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure quality & on time delivery of services & treatments to New Business and Products / Jobs based on agreed schedule and work procedure.
• Ensure proper SOP is followed for the warehouse, stock inventory & disposal process, and stocks issuance for both PC & IH.
