Senior Finance Manager 8 yr exp 70k-80k salary Greenhills

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year college or university in a business related field.
• Requires a minimum of eight (8) years related experience to include at least three (3) years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• CPA or MBA (graduate degree) preferred, but not required (depending on experience).
• Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Responsibilities :

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Develop and maintain financial models and performance metrics

Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

Oversee financial reporting and variance analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth

Mentor and develop finance team members

Support audits and liaise with external auditors

Implement and improve financial systems and tools

Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
