Position Overview
The Mortgage Broking Assistant plays a key role in assisting the Credit Team with end-to-end loan processing and file management. This includes conducting lender assessments, managing documentation, reviewing client financial information, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proactive communication to support timely and accurate loan submissions and approvals.

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a
full-time role —not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a
fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary : PHP 55,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation : 6 months and after Probation
5. HMO offered after 6-month probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES : 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
Requirements
Qualification & Experience Criteria Previous experience in Australian loan processing is required. Strong understanding of lending documentation, financial statements, and income verification. Working knowledge of the following tools : Apply Online, myCRM, Salesforce, CoreLogic Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or potential risks. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing credit and loan processing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team alignment.
