Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and follow-ups
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and digital files, reports, and documents
  • Draft, edit, and format letters, presentations, and official communications
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support marketing efforts, including updating social media content and assisting with promotional materials
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for inventory reconciliation
  • Implement internal control measures to improve efficiency

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Critical thinker with initiative and creativity in problem-solving
