Job descriptionAnalyze and collate data from various sources using Microsoft Excel formulas and functions. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures. Create reports in numerical or graphical formats. Gather data from different sources and platforms. Create and audit product listings on Amazon and Shopify. Identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and present findings to management. Recommend process improvements to enhance team and cluster efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- At least 1 year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel
- 2-3 years managerial role
- Good English Communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented
- Graduate of any Business, or IT-related course
- Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons
- Willing to start as soon as possible
