REQUIREMENTS :

NEAR QUIAPO MANILA
BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MARKETING, HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, OR RELATED FIELD.

PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)

AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES, MARKETING, EVENT PLANNING OR HOSPITALITY.

EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS AND EVENTS FOR HOTELS OR RELATED INDUSTRIES.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and offer tailored event solutions that meet their objectives.

Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our event facilities and services.

Prepare and present detailed event proposals and cost estimates to clients.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure bookings.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Carry out other related tasks requested by management as needed.
