Job description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all platforms with consistent messaging and

    • visuals.

  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, content assets, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Oversee digital presence, including website, SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid

    • advertising.

  • Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and optimize strategies.
  • Lead content planning for blogs, newsletters, videos, social posts, and promotional materials.
  • Gather customer insights and recommend strategies for product positioning and pricing.
  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team and cross-department collaborations.
  • Collaborate with media partners and agencies; brainstorm and execute new campaign ideas.
  • Monitor active campaigns to ensure timely completion, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Lead weekly or monthly marketing meetings.
  • Prepare and complete monthly marketing reports.
  • Support sales efforts by promoting and selling virtual assistant services.
  • Update the CEO and executives on marketing progress and campaign results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.
